All enquires related to the sale (including the sunset dates, registration and site access) need to be made through your conveyancer to the developer, Medallists, conveyancer. This ensures accurate communication is maintained. However, please note that Medallist endeavours to notify purchasers conveyancers (via their conveyancer) if, and when they become aware of any changes to the details noted in the sales contract. Medallist will endeavour to send out a notice to purchasers conveyancers approximately 3 weeks prior to registration advising that registration is imminent.

Once registration occurs, another notice will be sent out to purchasers conveyancers and purchasers will be able to complete their sale as per the terms of their contract of sale.
